SALINE CO.— A Harrisburg convicted sex predator has been charged with accosting a local cashier.
According to charges filed in the case, on June 24, Adam Lee Joshua McKendree, 28, of Ledford School Road, Harrisburg, while at the Dollar Tree, located at 700 Rollie Moore Dr., Harrisburg, committed an act of Aggravated Battery when he grabbed, hugged and kissed Jaime L. Owens, while she was working at the store as a cashier.
McKendree is also facing one count of Disorderly Conduct alleging that on the same day he asked Owens to look at his penis.
McKendree was convicted January 1, 2008 of one count of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse of a victim between the ages of 13-16, for which he was sentenced to two years special probation and fined $3,951.60.
At the time of his arrest McKendree was serving a two-year probation sentence handed him April 20, 2015 after he was convicted of being a Sexual Predator in a Public Park.
He still owes $1,551.80 in that case.
Cash bond in the current case has been set at $1,500.
