HARDIN CO.—Three more names have been made public in the early-July warrant sweep conducted by undercover drug agents with the state in Hardin County.
The total take on the sweep was 18, all alleged to have been trading or selling pills or in one isolated case, dealing with meth.
Several names were withheld from the public due to the fact that those ones hadn’t yet been served with arrest warrants.
This issue, three of those names have made it to the open-file status in Hardin County circuit court.
The first is Shantelle R. Foster, 32, no address available (including even the town, as is prosecutor Tara Wallace’s practice), who is charged with Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance, in which it’s alleged that on or about May 23, 2014, she delivered 10 tablets of Adderall to a confidential informant (CI); this is a Class X felony.
She’s also charged with the same count, this one involving 7 pills of Adderall dating back to January 8 of this year, but done while at a public housing agency, which is a Class 1 felony; and then a third count lists the same, this being done the next day, Jan. 9, also at a public housing agency, also a Class 1 felony.
Each count has an Enhance Penalty clause, apparently due to previous records.
Her bond was set at $5,000.
Next was Breauna Kumorek, 20, of Elizabethtown (that knowledge obtained by bond forms on file) who was included in Disclosure’s July 1 online presentation of the matter because Kumorek herself busted herself out on her Facebook page as if it were all a big joke.
Kumorek is one of the punks involved in the big “kill list” debacle that emerged at Hardin County High School in late 2011-early 2012; she was one of the alleged ‘targets’ of Alyse Williams (who herself is now facing major drug charges).
She too is charged with an Enhanced Penalty Class 1 felony Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance count, for allegedly delivering 7 tablets of Ritalin to a CI within 1,000 feet of a church; which one was not specified in court documents. This was alleged to have happened on December 29, 2014.
Her bond was set at $5,000; Diana Kumorek, ostensibly her grandmother, posted it, as it was reported she also posted for Breauna’s mother, Tiffany Conkle. Where the elder Kumorek would obtain five grand can best be explained by the fact that all of them are employed at Anna Bixby Women’s Center in Harrisburg, where apparently a lot of bond money has been exchanging hands as of the past several months.
Breauna Kumorek’s financial affidavit shows that she “borrowed” the money from Diane. She has a whopping $375 car payment on outflow and $835.50 on income per month, showing no other form of expense or income. At least the form shows that she isn’t on any kind of assistance.
The third and last to mention this report is Brandan G. Flemmings, 22, who was allegedly into the big stuff: His first felony, a Class X Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance, alleged that he delivered to a CI one or more grams but less than 15 grams of cocaine while at a public housing agency, this on or about October 19, 2014.
The second count, also a Class X felony, alleges that on or about Oct. 26, the same occurred.
The third count, also a Class X felony, alleges that on or about Oct. 28, the same occurred. Each carries an enhanced penalty.
Flemmings was still in lockup at Massac County on his $5,000 bond at last check right before deadline for this issue.
There are still a few more warrants to be served on the drug sweep; continue to keep up with it either online or here in the pages of Disclosure.
