Gary Elders
WILLIAMSON CO., Ill. - Gary Elders from Johnston City is set for a motion to quash his warrant for failure to appear on on December 21, 2015.
Elders, 61, was arrested on September 3, 2015 for Driving On Suspended License and Operating and Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Once again Elders is being represented by Duane Verity.
The motion case will take place on Wednesday, January 13 at 1:15 pm.
This case is ongoing and Verity will likely drag it out until Elders' 48 months probation has ended in 2017.
