Our Marion correspondent has confirmed that a non-specific call came in to authorities this morning at some point, indicating that there was an improvised explosive device (IED) on the second floor of a courthouse, not specific to Williamson OR Franklin. As a result, Williamson's courthouse is closed today, too, and all court dates are being rescheduled at this time; they may reopen at 1:15 is what we're hearing now. The administration building is not affected by this; just the courthouse.
