The wrong Christopher Smith from Kentucky

GALLATIN CO.— A story in last issue focused on a Kentucky man by the name of Christopher C. Smith being sentenced following a high-speed chase.

In that story an eletronic criminal history was run by Disclosure staff, who went on to list prior convictions of Smith.

However, a Christopher ‘D.’ Smith, also from Kentucky, a convicted sex offender, was also listed, and his conviction was mistakenly added to that of Christopher C. Smith.

Christopher C. Smith is NOT and has NEVER been convicted of a sex crime.

Disclosure apologizes for the error.
