We have to go through this every so often, these water surveys.
And my wife just can't stand it.
She finds these intrusive and unnecessary...because really, what on earth has CHANGED about a little bitty house in midtown Harrisburg since the LAST time they were filled out, right...?
And these smart meters...if they're so smart, why aren't THEY telling the city what the EPA wants to know...?
Apparently they aren't THAT smart, because a water department person traipses through the yard every month. And surely he or she can tell that we haven't sunk a well or cistern into the little postage-stamp yard there.
Anyway, turn your surveys in by May 1, peeps. The EPA popo is counting on YOU to do your civic duty...and the city might miss out on grants if you don't.
